How to do long jump.
1. Run as fast as you can and don`t slow down.
2. There is a mat that you have to jump.Step the mat with one foot and swing your arms so you can go very far.
3. Land with 2 feet because you will fall backward and if you fall back ward the people will measure your head to the bottom and when you go out don`t go backward because you wil lose all of your distance that you jumped.
